Free delivery from our warehouse
Once your hot tub arrives at our warehouse, we’ll coordinate a convenient delivery time and bring it directly to your home using our own specialized logistics. We handle the transportation, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Crane assistance (if required - additional fee)
In some cases and with our River Range of swim spas, crane assistance may be necessary for safe and efficient placement. Our team will assess your site during the free home survey and advise if a crane is required. We can arrange this service for you for an additional fee.
Electrical installation options
You can choose to have your electrical connections prepared by a qualified electrician of your choice, or you can opt for our comprehensive Electrical Installation Package. Our certified electricians will ensure all electrical connections are made safely and comply with regulations.
Professional placement and base preparation
Our experienced installation team will carefully position your hot tub in the location determined during your free home survey. We’ll ensure it’s placed on a stable and level base. You can choose to prepare the base yourself according to our specifications, or we can handle the base preparation for you for an additional fee.
Water supply connection and commissioning
Our installation team will connect your hot tub to your water supply and then thoroughly commission it, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly. We’ll provide you with a full demonstration and answer any questions you may have about operating your new spa.
