From our warehouse to your home, Johnsons Wellness takes the hassle out of Sauna ownership with our seamless delivery and professional installation services. We handle every detail, ensuring your new sauna pod arrives safely and is set up perfectly, so you can start enjoying your personal wellness journey without delay.
With all purchases and once your sauna arrives at one of our national warehouses, we’ll contact you personally to coordinate a convenient delivery time and bring it directly to your home using our own specialised logistics. We handle the transportation, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Depending on type and availability of the model, you can expect the following:
- New Models (In Stock) – We can usually have these models ready to dispatch in 2 – 4 weeks; this timeframe includes quality assurance, preparation and a home visit to inspect and survey your garden or space before delivery and installation.
- New Models (Made to Order, Backorder) – We allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for dispatch (depending on the season); this timeframe usually includes manufacturing, quality assurance, shipping and a home visit to inspect and survey your garden or space before delivery and installation.
- Ex-display Models (Clearance) – We allow 2 to 4 weeks to dispatch showroom models; this timeframe includes thorough quality assurance, testing and inspection, preparation and a home visit to inspect and survey your garden or space before delivery and installation.
In all cases, this type of model will be display with the product and stock information.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll arrange a convenient time for one of our expert technicians to visit your home. During this visit, we’ll assess the proposed location for your sauna, ensuring it meets all necessary requirements and discuss any specific installation considerations with you.
3. Professional Installation:
Our skilled installation team will handle the entire process with care and precision. We’ll unpack and assemble your Infrared Sauna, ensuring all components are correctly and safely installed according to manufacturer guidelines.
4. Full System Check and Activation:

That’s why we offer a variety of flexible payment options for our range of wellness products, including hot tubs, saunas and spas. Whether you’d prefer to pay in full, take advantage of our convenient finance plans, or secure your purchase with a deposit, we’re here to help you find a solution that suits your budget.
Our aim is to ensure you can create your perfect relaxation space without financial stress, and so offer the following options:
- 50% Deposit – To order your hot tub or spa, the remaining 50% due before delivery.
- Full Payment – To order and secure your hot tub or spa.
- Finance – 0% APR* (12 or 24 month agreement) with a minimum 50% deposit; available on all hot tubs, swimming spas, home saunas and combination deals; subject to status and affordability.
- Finance – 9.9% APR* (12 or 36, 24 month agreement) with a minimum £500 deposit; available on all hot tubs, saunas and swim spas. subject to status and affordability.

- Stripe: We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure online payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store any of your sensitive payment information on our servers.
