Placing an Order

Placing an order on our website is easy; just follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse our Selection: Navigate through our website and explore the wide range of leisure products available. You can use the categories, search bar, and filters to find exactly what you’re looking for.

  2. Add to Cart: Once you’ve found an item you’d like to purchase, select the desired quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart as needed.

  3. Review Your Cart: When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon (found in the top right corner of the website). Here you can review the items in your cart, adjust quantities, or remove items.

  4. Proceed to Checkout: Click the “Proceed to Checkout” or “Checkout” button to begin the checkout process.

  5. Provide your Information: You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping address, billing address, and contact information. Ensure all details are accurate to avoid any delays in processing your order.

  6. Choose Shipping Method: Select your preferred shipping method from the available options.

  7. Select Payment Method: Choose your desired payment method and enter your payment details securely.

  8. Review and Confirm: Carefully review your order summary, including the items, quantities, shipping address, billing address, and total cost. If everything is correct, click the “Place Order” button.

Paying for your Order

We understand that investing in your well-being is important, and we want to make it as accessible as possible.

That’s why we offer a variety of flexible payment options for our range of wellness products, including hot tubs and spas. Whether you’d prefer to pay in full, take advantage of our convenient finance plans, or secure your purchase with a deposit, we’re here to help you find a solution that suits your budget.

Our aim is to ensure you can create your perfect relaxation space without financial stress, and so offer the following options:

  1. 50% Deposit – To order your hot tub or spa, the remaining 50% due before delivery.
  2. Full Payment – To order and secure your hot tub or spa.
  3. Finance – 0% APR* (12, 24 or 36 month agreement) with a minimum 20% deposit; available on all hot tubs, swimming spas, home saunas and combination deals; subject to status and affordability.
  4. Finance – 9.9% APR* (12, 24 or 36 month agreement) with a minimum £500 deposit; available on all hot tubs, saunas and swim spas. subject to status and affordability.

Ways to Pay – Online and Instore

When purchasing online, you can use one of the following payment methods at checkout:
 
  • Stripe: We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure online payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store any of your sensitive payment information on our servers.  
  • PayPal: You can also choose to pay for your order using your PayPal account. Simply select PayPal as your payment method at checkout and you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.  
  • Novuna Finance: For customers looking to fund their purchase through finance, we also have a finance gateway available on checkout for specific wellness products and services; simply select this option and you will be directed to our finance provider to complete a credit check and get an instant decision.
When purchasing at one of our national showrooms, we offer card payments via PDQ terminals, powered by Worldpay, and accept most major credit and debit card providers.
 
Regardless of your chosen payment method, the following conditions apply:
 
  • Authorisation: By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the full amount of the order to your chosen payment method.
  • Payment Processing: Payment will be processed at the time you place your order.
  • Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in GBP.
  • Payment Issues: If we encounter any issues processing your payment, we will contact you to resolve the problem before your order can be shipped.
  • Refunds: In the event of a refund, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We take the security of your payment information very seriously. All transactions are encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) to protect your data during transmission.

Voucher Codes and Discount Codes

We may offer voucher codes and discount codes from time to time for promotional purposes. These codes can be used to obtain discounts on eligible products or services as specified in the terms of each code.

Using Voucher Codes:

Validity: Voucher codes are only valid for a limited time and may have restrictions on the products or categories they apply to.

Eligibility: Some voucher codes may only be used by new customers or for specific types of orders.

One Code per Order: Unless otherwise stated, only one voucher code can be used per order.

Minimum Spend: Some voucher codes may require a minimum order value to be eligible for the discount.

Entering Codes: To redeem a voucher code, enter the code in the designated field during the checkout process. The discount will be applied to your order total if the code is valid1 and meets the terms of the offer.  

General Conditions:

Non-Transferable: Voucher codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation: If you cancel an order that used a voucher code, the code may not be re-issued or refunded.

Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any voucher code that is deemed to be invalid, used fraudulently, or in violation of these terms and conditions.

Changes: We may amend or withdraw voucher codes at any time without prior notice.

It’s important to check the specific terms and conditions associated with each voucher code before using it. These terms will usually be provided with the code or on the promotional material where you obtained the code

Promotions & Offers

£99 Deposit Scheme – Reservation and Sale Price Lock

A refundable deposit of £99 is required to reserve a product and secure the current sale price. The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price of the hot tub.

The sale price is guaranteed for 7 days from the date of the reservation deposit. If the purchase is not completed within this timeframe, the sale price guarantee will expire, and the current market price will apply.

If no purchase is made within the timeframe, then please contact us to request your refundable deposit; this will be refunded to the original payment method used.

Dispatching your Orders

We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that dispatch times vary depending on the type of product ordered.

Estimated Dispatch Times:

Chemicals, Filters and Accessories: These items are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order.

Hot Tubs and Spas: 

  • New (In Stock) Models – We can usually have these models ready to dispatch in 1 – 2 weeks; this timeframe includes quality assurance, preparation and a home visit to inspect and survey your garden or space before delivery and installation.
  • New (Backorder) Models – We allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for dispatch (depending on the season); this timeframe usually includes manufacturing, quality assurance, shipping and a home visit to inspect and survey your garden or space before delivery and installation.
  • New (Ex Display) Models – We allow 2 to 4 weeks to dispatch showroom models; this timeframe includes thorough quality assurance, testing and inspection, preparation and a home visit to inspect and survey your garden or space before delivery and installation.

IR Saunas & Sauna Cabinets:

  • New (In Stock) Models – We can usually have these models ready to dispatch in 1 – 2 weeks.
  • New (Back Order) Models – We allow approximately 6 to 12 weeks for dispatch; this timeframe usually includes manufacturing, quality assurance and shipping.

Outside Traditional Sauna Rooms: We allow approximately 8 to 12 weeks for dispatch; this timeframe usually includes design, planning, manufacturing, quality assurance and a home visit to inspect and survey your garden or space before delivery and installation

We will keep you informed of the estimated delivery timeframe when your order is placed and provide updates throughout the process.

Dispatch Confirmation:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information (where applicable) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times are in addition to the dispatch times outlined above. Please see Shipping & Delivery.

Delays:

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier issues, high order volumes, or public holidays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate any significant delays to your order.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or shipping provider once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking:

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website or using the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email; for Chemicals, Filters or Accessories you will receive tracking information directly from our couriers.

Shipping & Delivery Services

We offer a variety of delivery services that can be purchased during the checkout process; these are detailed below. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are determined based on your location and the size of the order.

Please note that delivery for larger items including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and larger accessories will be arranged with you directly via our own logistics.

For smaller items….

Click & Collect  – You can collect your order from one of our showrooms across the UK, specified during the check out process and dependent on stock availability. Click and Collect is only available on some of our smaller items like Chemicals, Filters and Accessories.

Standard Shipping (£4.99) – This is our standard, flat rate delivery service which is usually 1 to 2 workings days from dispatch.

Free Shipping – Delivery to mainland UK is usually free when you spend over £30, via our standard shipping in 1 to 2 workings days.

We do not process orders after midday on Friday, Bank Holidays or over the weekend; any orders received during those times will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

Courier Handing Disclaimer

In the event of a delay our courier, we are unable to offer a refund or to resend your delivery. We cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed. Timed deliveries are not available.

Once an order leaves our premises, we are no longer in full control of delivery however your comments on the delivery services are welcomed and we will always try and help you with questions about your delivery.

Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, Johnsons Leisure cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal or courier services that we use or anything else outside of our control.

In the event of a non-delivery (After 5 days) please contact us.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

Change of Address

If you change address, you must update your address details on the “My Account” section of the website to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel your order if it becomes apparent to us that the postal or courier service in your area is too unreliable.

We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so where we can’t, we won’t risk disappointing you.

Undelivered Orders & Failed Deliveries

We use your address information to deliver your order, so please make sure ALL you details are correct when ordering. We also advise you to enter ‘Delivery Instructions’ incase you are not in to accept your delivery. Please be aware that your browser may use ‘Auto Fill’ to complete forms, so please check the details being entered automatically.

If an order is returned to us by the courier due to incorrect address information or you were not able to receive/collect the order, we will contact you to discuss arranging a new delivery. In all cases, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee to have your order re-delivered.

If you no longer want the order that has been returned, then we will deduct the cost of initial delivery and, depending on the product and condition, may offer a partial refund for undamaged or resalable items; this will be at our discretion.

Cancellations

At Johnsons Leisure, we’re dedicated to providing you with a fantastic shopping experience from start to finish. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. That’s why we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as clear and straightforward as possible.

Before Your Order Ships:

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of placing your order with your contact details and order number.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and provide a full refund, provided the order hasn’t already been processed for dispatch.

After Your Order Ships/or has been Confirmed:

If your order has already shipped, you can still cancel it, but our standard returns policy will apply – Returns Policy.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You must keep a copy of your notice of cancellation. If we do not receive notice from you that you wish to cancel the order, then you are contractually bound to accept the order and you cannot return the goods unless they are faulty.

Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy

Please note that certain products and items that we sell online are exempt from the cancellation period, these include:

  • Personalized or custom-made goods (including but not limited to replacement spa covers, gazebos, bespoke hot tubs/spas/saunas and accessories orders that are manufactured to customer specifications),
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery (Including but not limited to Chemicals and Filters).

Returns Policy

At Johnsons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our wellness products, certain restrictions apply to Returns. Please read the following carefully:

1. Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Saunas & Gazebos

Due to hygiene reasons, hot tubs, swim spas and saunas are non-returnable once they have been filled with water or used in any way; products that have been ordered and manufactured with bespoke requirements are also non-refundable. This applies even if the product is still within the standard 14 day cancellation period.

If your hot tub, swim spa or sauna arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a repair or replacement in accordance with your consumer rights and Warranties.

Important: Inspect Before You Install

To ensure your complete satisfaction, please thoroughly inspect your hot tub, sauna, or gazebo before you install it. We cannot accept any returns or claims for damage once the product has been installed.

By installing the product, you are confirming that you have inspected it and are satisfied with its condition and quality. This means that even if you later discover a fault or defect, you will not be able to make a claim against us.

Please make sure the product you ordered is suitable for your needs before you install and use it.

This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods

2. Accessories

Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the accessories to us.

3. Chemicals

Unopened chemicals in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened chemical products.

4. Filters

Unopened filters in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any filters that have been removed from their packaging or used.

General Returns Information

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You have the right to return faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If a fault develops outside of this period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement.

Warranty Policy

Welcome to the warranty section of our terms and conditions. We understand that purchasing a product is an investment, and we want to ensure you have peace of mind.

A warranty, in essence, is our promise to you that the product you’ve purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Should any issues arise that are covered by this warranty during that time, we will repair or replace the product, as outlined below.

Please take a moment to carefully read through the following terms and conditions to fully understand the scope of your warranty, what is covered, and what is not. This will help you to maximise your investment and ensure a smooth resolution should any issues occur.

Manufacturers Warranty

The warranties below specifically cover the following product ranges:

  • River Range Swim Spas
  • Mountain Range Hot Tubs
  • City Range Hot Tubs
  • Signature Range Hot Tubs

Lifetime Warranty on the WPS frame and isolation – The manufacturer provides to the user of the spa lifetime warranty on the WPS plastic frame and the insulation against degradation

10 years warranty on the shell structure of the spa – The manufacturer extends to the user of the spa a 10 year warranty that the shell will be free of water loss due to a defect in the spa shell.

5 years warranty on the shell surface of the spa – The manufacturer provides to the user of the SPA a 5 years warranty against blistering, cracking, or delamination of the SPA’s shell. The surface chipping is excluded because it is caused by excessive chemical content.

3 years warranty on the Cabinet of the spa – The manufacturer warrants the SPAs cabinet to be free from defects in material for 3 years. This warranty specifically covers peeling, cracking or shrinking. Fading and
weathering of the surface will occur naturally over time, and are not considered
to be warrantable defects.

3 years no leak plumbing warranty – SPA fittings, internal plumbing lines and the jet assemblies are warranted against leaking due to defects in materials or workmanship.

3 years on the pumps, control box and the display module – The manufacturer warrants the pumps, display and the SPA control box (heating included) against defects in materials and workmanship or any defect for three years. According to the electrical components, this warranty is not given on fuses,
bulbs and gaskets.

2 years on the standard and optional SPA components – The manufacturer warrants the jets, air regulators, valves, diverters, valves, and other spa components against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. Some parts, most of which can be changed out without the use of tools, such as filter cartridges, filter lid, spa pillows and cover locks, are not included in this warranty but are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

2 year on the heat pump, WIS unit and probes – The manufacturer provides to the user of the SPA a 2 years warranty against any failure due to defects in materials or workmanship, probe calibration and the necessary liquids are not included in this warranty.

1 year on the Thermo cover of the SPA – The manufacturer provides to the user of the SPA a 1 year warranty against any failure due to defects in materials or workmanship. Fading and weathering of the
surface will occur naturally over time, and are not considered to be warrantable defects.

1 year warranty on the ozone generator – The ozone generator and its piping’s are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship or leak for 1 years from the original date of delivery.

1 year warranty on the audio system components – The factory installed audio components (i.e. power supply, speakers, wires, etc.) are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year.

1 year warranty on the LED lights – The factory installed LED lights are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year

6 Months warranty on the EVA components – The EVA components are the headrests and filter lids. These components are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 0,5 year.

Extent of Warranty
This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the SPA when invoiced and delivered. This warranty begins from the compilation date of the factory invoice of the SPA. This warranty terminates upon any transfer of ownership, prior to the expiration
of the warranty period.
Limitations
1. Further, this Limited Warranty does not apply if a failure is caused by or contributed to by any of the following: improper installation, improper use of chemicals,
improper introduction of foreign substances into the water, etc., and/or failure to
adequately protect the surface from exposure to the sun/elements and extreme
temperatures. In the event of a defect, the acrylic surface repair is further limited to
only the defective portion of the surface and the repair is not guaranteed against
discoloration or fading.
2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance,
unbalanced water such as but not exclusively rust or limescale deposits.
3. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by alterations or
modifications by the user.
4. Radio reception is not covered by warranty because the reception depends on local
conditions. The received signal may deteriorate if there are high-voltage lines near
the spa.
5. The manufacturer provides 1 year general warranty for each spare part for the SPA.
6. The warranty of the SPA does not cover defects, damage, or failure caused by
the common carrier, installer, user, or other persons, pets, or rodents, or resulting from, without limitation, any of the following: careless handling (lifting unit
by plumbing, abrading finish, etc.) including its own negligence; modification of
any type for any reason (including modification to meet local codes); freezing;
improper installation (including installation not in accordance with instructions
and specifications provided with the unit); connections supplied by the installer of
the equipment; improper voltage supply or unauthorized electrical modification;
misuse; incorrect operation, or lack of proper routine maintenance; operation of
the unit without specified minimum amount of water or at inappropriate water
temperature; use of abrasive or improper cleaners; or acts of God, such as lightning,
floods, earthquakes, etc.
7. In addition, The manufacturer will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses arising from any cause (e.g., water damage to carpet, ceiling,
tiles, marble, loss of use, etc.) including its own negligence; damages to, respecting,
or resulting from: plated parts when pool and/or spa chemicals are used in the
unit or hard water conditions; optional bath equipment not manufactured by the
Company but supplied by Dealer, installer or the Company; the unit‘s prior usage
as an operational display; or defects that should have been discovered before
installation.
8. This warranty does not include: labor, transportation, or other costs incurred in
the removal and/or reinstallation of the original unit and/or installation of a replacement unit; any costs relating to obtaining access for repair; or loss of use
damage, including loss of sales, profit or business advantage of any kind under any
circumstances. SPA units are excluded from any warranty coverage if any addition,
deletion, or modification of any kind whatsoever has been made to the unit (or
to any component).
9. This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alteration without the manufacturer written consent, accident,
misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by
the manufacturer, failure to follow the user’s manual, or repairs made or attempted
by anyone other than an authorized representative of the manufacturer.
10. Any and every Wellis spa except for Holiday Let Spa in commercial or industrial
use is excluded from any warranty coverage whatsoever. For Holiday Let Spa in
commercial or industrial use the warranty is one year.
Warranty Performance
To make a claim under this warranty, contact your dealer. In the event you are unable to
obtain service from the dealer, please contact the manufacturer.
