Delivery
Delivery of your Sauna
From our factory to your home, Johnsons Wellness takes the hassle out of Sauna ownership with our seamless delivery service. We handle every detail, ensuring your new sauna arrives safely; we’ll also be in touch to arrange a convenient, free home survey to make sure the sauna can be installed at your home.
With all purchases and once your sauna arrives at one of our national warehouses from our manufacturer, we’ll contact you personally to coordinate a convenient delivery time and bring it directly to your home using our own specialised logistics. We handle the transportation, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Our saunas are manufactured to order, and so usually arrive at our warehouse in 6 – 8 weeks; from there we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
In some cases, we may have additional saunas at our warehouse, so be sure to check our ‘express delivery’ area of the shop.

- Assess the area: We evaluate the designated space for your new sauna, ensuring it is the ideal location for both functionality and longevity.
- Review your electrics: Our experts assess your existing electrical setup to ensure it meets the requirements for your sauna, planning any necessary adjustments.
- Gain construction insights: This visit helps us understand access requirements and potential challenges, ensuring a smooth, interruption-free installation process.
2. Convenient Delivery & Scheduling
As soon as your handcrafted sauna arrives at our warehouse, we will be in touch to arrange a delivery and installation window that suits your schedule. We understand your time is valuable and strive to make this process as efficient as possible.
3. Expert Delivery via Our Own Logistics
On the agreed date, our dedicated delivery team will transport your sauna using our specialised in-house logistics. The information gathered during your home survey—regarding parking, access, and temporary storage—will be invaluable in ensuring a smooth and careful arrival.
4. Preparing Your Space & Home
Before your traditional sauna arrives, please ensure you have a level base ready for the unit. A solid foundation helps us proceed with the installation immediately upon delivery.
- Base Work: If you require assistance with base preparation, please mention this during your home survey. We can provide a bespoke quote for any additional groundworks.
- Electrical Connections: While you will need to ensure the primary electrical supply is ready and completed by a qualified electrician, our installation team will handle the final connection, commissioning, and thorough testing of all sauna features.

That’s why we offer a variety of flexible payment options for our range of wellness products, including hot tubs, saunas and spas. Whether you’d prefer to pay in full, take advantage of our convenient finance plans, or secure your purchase with a deposit, we’re here to help you find a solution that suits your budget.
Our aim is to ensure you can create your perfect relaxation space without financial stress, and so offer the following options:
- 50% Deposit – To order your hot tub or spa, the remaining 50% due before delivery.
- Full Payment – To order and secure your hot tub or spa.
- Finance – 0% APR* (12 or 24 month agreement) with a minimum 50% deposit; available on all hot tubs, swimming spas, home saunas and combination deals; subject to status and affordability.
- Finance – 9.9% APR* (12 or 36, 24 month agreement) with a minimum £500 deposit; available on all hot tubs, saunas and swim spas. subject to status and affordability.
Ways to Pay – Online and Instore
- Stripe: We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure online payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store any of your sensitive payment information on our servers.
- Novuna Finance: For customers looking to fund their purchase through finance, we also have a finance gateway available on checkout for specific wellness products and services; simply select this option and you will be directed to our finance provider to complete a credit check and get an instant decision.
