Delivery of your Traditional Steam Sauna
From our factory to your home, Johnsons Wellness takes the hassle out of Sauna ownership with our seamless manufacturing, delivery and professional installation services. We handle every detail, ensuring your new sauna arrives safely and is installed perfectly, so you can start enjoying your personal wellness journey; we’ll also be in touch to arrange a convenient, free home survey to make sure the sauna can be installed at your home.
With all purchases and once your sauna arrives at one of our national warehouses from our manufacturer, we’ll contact you personally to coordinate a convenient delivery time and bring it directly to your home using our own specialised logistics. We handle the transportation, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Our Scandi Life traditional sauna rooms are manufactured to order, and so usually arrive at our warehouse in 10 – 14 weeks; from there we’ll contact you to arrange delivery and professional installation.
In some cases, we may have additional saunas at our warehouse, so be sure to check our ‘express delivery’ area of the shop.

- Review your electrics: Our experts will assess your existing electrical setup to ensure it meets the requirements for your sauna, planning any necessary adjustments.

2. Preparing Your Space: Ready for Arrival
Before the anticipated arrival of your traditional sauna, it’s important to ensure the designated area is clear and ready. This simple step helps us to proceed with the installation efficiently once your sauna is delivered.
3. Convenient Delivery & Installation Scheduling:
As soon as your handcrafted sauna room arrives safely at our warehouse, we’ll be in touch to arrange a delivery and installation window that works best for your schedule. We understand your time is valuable, and we strive to make this process as convenient as possible.
4. Expert Delivery with Our Own Logistics:
On the agreed date, our dedicated delivery team will transport your sauna to your home using our own specialised logistics. The information gathered during your home survey – regarding access, parking, and potential temporary storage – will be invaluable in ensuring a smooth and careful delivery.
5. Professional Base Work & Sauna Construction:
Our skilled installation team will then get to work in the cleared area. This stage involves any necessary base work to ensure a stable and level foundation for your sauna. Following this, we’ll meticulously construct your traditional sauna room, taking pride in our attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. This phase typically takes a couple of days.
6. Connection, Testing & Handover: Your Wellness Journey Begins!
Once the construction is complete, our qualified technicians will expertly connect your sauna to your home’s power supply, ensuring everything is functioning safely and correctly. We’ll thoroughly test all features before handing over the keys and wishing you many years of fantastic wellness and relaxation in your new traditional sauna.

That’s why we offer a variety of flexible payment options for our range of wellness products, including hot tubs, saunas and spas. Our aim is to ensure you can create your perfect relaxation space without financial stress, and so offer the following options:
- 50% Deposit – To order your hot tub or spa, the remaining 50% due before delivery.
- Full Payment – To order and secure your hot tub or spa.
- Finance – 0% APR* (12 or 24 month agreement) with a minimum 50% deposit; available on all hot tubs, swimming spas, home saunas and combination deals; subject to status and affordability.
- Finance – 9.9% APR* (12 or 36, 24 month agreement) with a minimum £500 deposit; available on all hot tubs, saunas and swim spas. subject to status and affordability.

- Stripe: We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure online payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store any of your sensitive payment information on our servers.
