Returns Policy

At Johnsons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our wellness products, certain restrictions apply to Returns.

For Small Accessories, Cleaning Products, Maintenance Equipment and Comfort Items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in a re-saleable condition.

For Larger Accessories, Spa Steps, Cover Lifters and Hot Tub Covers, we recommend a thorough inspection before you install them. We cannot accept any returns or claims for damage once the product has been installed. By installing the product, you are confirming that you have inspected it and are satisfied with its condition and quality. This means that even if you later discover a fault or defect, you will not be able to make a claim against us.

Please make sure the product you ordered is suitable for your needs before you install and use it.

General Returns Information

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You have the right to return faulty or misdescribed goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If a fault develops outside of this period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement.
