Delivery of your LED Archway
Thank you for choosing one of our LED archways to brighten up your space. To ensure you have all the details needed for a smooth arrival, please review our delivery guidelines below.
Delivery Timeline
We take great care in preparing your order for transit. Once your order has been received and confirmed, we aim to have your archway delivered to your door within 3 to 6 weeks.
You will receive an update as your order progresses through our system, ensuring you know exactly when to expect your new arrival.
Service Scope & Installation
It is important to note that we operate as a delivery-only service.
No Installation: We do not offer an archway installation or assembly service.
Preparation: We recommend having a team or a qualified professional ready on-site to assist with the setup once the delivery is complete.
Delivery Charges
Due to the size and specialised handling required for these items, the delivery charge is usually £189. This fee ensures your archway is transported safely and arrives in peak condition.

- 50% Deposit – To order your hot tub or spa, the remaining 50% due before delivery.
- Full Payment – To order and secure your hot tub or spa.
- Finance – 0% APR* (12 or 24 month agreement) with a minimum 50% deposit; available on all hot tubs, swimming spas, home saunas and combination deals; subject to status and affordability.
- Finance – 9.9% APR* (12 or 36, 24 month agreement) with a minimum £500 deposit; available on all hot tubs, saunas and swim spas. subject to status and affordability.

- Stripe: We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure online payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store any of your sensitive payment information on our servers.
- Novuna Finance: For customers looking to fund their purchase through finance, we also have a finance gateway available on checkout for specific wellness products and services; simply select this option and you will be directed to our finance provider to complete a credit check and get an instant decision.
