Filters Return Policy

Please be aware that unopened Filters in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used hot tub filter products.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team.
• Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You have the right to return faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If a fault develops outside of this period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement.
